2nd Round Magenta Shores Pro-Am
After the 2nd round of the Harvey Norman Magenta Shores Pro-Am I have shot a score of 77 (+5) to be 8 over total, coming T7th.
Starting on the 6th hole I had some early chances to go under par. Not capitalizing on the Par 5’s, 8 and 10 for birdies was a disappointment. Drive off the tee on 11 went into a fairway bunker which started the rot as I missed the next 5 greens making a double and 3 bogies in a row. On the 18th I came close to hitting the green in 2 (under regulation) making a poor attempt at birdie before the start of the back nine.
A green hit on the 1st in close birdie chance range lead to a 3 putt before I made an awesome eagle up 2 which was given back quickly as I got it. I hit a shot OOB on the 3rd making double. Bounce back birdie on 4 the long par 3 helped to make the score a shot less as I finished with par on the last.
