Touch Down USA ahead of Famers Insurance Open Pre Q

It has been a big 24 hours flying out of Auckland to Los Angeles. Slept as much as I could before the flight and during. Once I landed I went straight into my practice round for the 1st stage of the qualifying for the Farmers Insurance Open. I now know what layout I am up against come Thursday. Coming from the New Zealand Masters at Wainui it has prepared myself well for this attempt at this particular US Tour Event. From a draught stricken golf course to another and the greens are the same as last week, fast and breaks that turn more than you can imagine.

I managed to also get the low down on spots available out of 90 players going through to the Monday which is 4. Pleased with my game seeing I just finished a 15 hour journey. Time to gather the information about what I saw and put it into a game plan in the coming 2 days of practice.
