Yenda Pro-Am

In the Yenda Pro-Am I have shot a score of 44 (-4) to come T2nd. Yenda Golf Club is a 12 hole course with the par being 48. It is a great layout and a test to the game tee to green with tight tee shots and small pimple greens.

The weather conditions were perfect the whole day compared to yesterdays scorching heat and high winds. After bogeying my 1st hole the 7th I made 2 pars before making birdie on 10.

At the 11th hole the par 4 there was $10,000 up for grabs for a hole in one. The shot was 222m and I flushed my 4 wood to 2 feet tapping in for eagle narrowly missing the prize and a prestigious hole out on a par 4. This got me moving on the score board for the day. With pars for the next 2 holes on 12 and the 1st I played 3 terrible shots on the 2nd to be greenside chipping in for a much needed par giving it a major fist pump and backing that up with a birdie on 3rd.
