Sun City Pro-Am
After the Sun City Pro-Am I have shot a score of 73 (+1) to place T29th. It was a perfect day weather wise with winds strengthening as the day went on to over 20km/h.
Having not played the course before I got myself into to trouble on blind holes and just missing it in hard places to play from. Although the start was very good being 2 under through 2 holes the day was short lived making 2 bogies in a row mid round to fall back to even.
A late birdie on 17 when I was 1 over got me back to square but a bogey at the last made me miss money for the day.
A non event tomorrow I now have some time to work on my game and have a practice round before the 3 day event at Spalding Park Golf Club starting Friday. Being able to make a plan before the event will help too.
