Round 2 Yamba Pro-Am

After the 2nd round of the Yamba Pro-Am I have finished with a score of 68 (-4) totaling 4 under par placing 7th for the event. The day was overcast to start with before clearing to a slightly humid afternoon.

Starting on the 13th I was faced with 2 par 5’s in a row. Hitting the 1st under regulation I made a two putt birdie before making a regulation par at the next. Missing the next 3 greens in a row I made two pars one bogey.

18 through to the 3rd green regulations flowed again before another bogey appeared with a drive right on a the short par 4 the 4th. The good golf started and the putter kicked into gear up at last. Hitting 5, 6, 7, 8, 10, 11 and 12 in regulation I made birdies at 5, 6, 8, and 11. Finally a great stretch! So pleased to see a result today and a great finish to a tournament.
