Round 2 Spalding Park
After the 2nd round of the Spalding Park Open I have shot a score of 67 (-5) to be 2 under total and T16th.
Winds were up early with a chilly touch to the air. Starting off the 10th I birdied the 1st before making another on 13. Bogey at the next before a bounce back birdie on 15 giving it back at 16 the par 5. Oh my goodness.
3 birdies in a row flowed on 18, 1 and 2 to go 4 under for the day. Another 3 birdies in a row appeared on 5, 6, and 7 with a long putt on 7. In the last 3 holes there was a par 5 to finish but a missed drive on the last 2 holes I was unable to make up and downs to hold the score I had going unfortunately.
Gees it was a mixed bag with 4 bogeys and 9 birdies but another low one tomorrow will end a great week. Close to being back in it.
