Round 2 Mack Hall Cottesloe Open

After round 2 of the Mack Hall Cottesloe Open I have shot a score of 69 (-3) to be 1 under total placing T16th. Early winds where about before they faded away to nothing and the temperature rose to a sweaty afternoon.

Hitting 15 greens in regulation I had 4 pars to start the day before my only blemish a 3 putt bogey from close range on the 5th. 2 birdies in a row appeared on 7 and 8. Both chances were under 2 feet. Nice to get out of the front nine 1 under.

Into the tough holes on the back nine I navigated my way through nicely early on making two good par saves on 13 and 14. Making my 2 birdies on the back nine they came at 15 and 17 with the 15th the longest of the day rolling in a 6m putt.

Pleased to have finished under par for the event. Next event is on Tuesday at Lakelands Golf Club.
