Result Round 1 China Q-School

After round one of the PGA Tour China Tour School I have had 73 (+1) with the afternoon players out on course currently.

Being out 2nd group of the day the conditions were perfect although 4 layers of clothes would tell you it is very cold. In fact it was 3 degrees on the tee. After being 3 over through 6 holes, making bogey on the 1st and double on the 6th I managed to bounce back with 2 birdies to close out the front nine one over going into the easy side.

The middle section of this back nine I had many opportunities. Playing the par 5 12th hole smart back fired with a 3 putt although I got the drop shot back two holes later.

Having had a chance at the last for birdie from 9ft for an even par for the day, the putt narrowing passed by. An okay start to the week and will be looking to find some red numbers going forward.#pgatourchina #chinapgatour
