Lane Cove & South West Rocks Pro-Am

Over the past week I recently played in the Lane Cove Charity Pro-Am and South West Rocks Pro-Am.

At Lane Cove I fired a bogey free round of 63 (-1) to come T5th.
At South West Rocks I fired a 76 (+4) to come T17th.

South West Rocks greens were pure and very fast. I had a 5 putt on my 1st hole of the day where plenty of pros where having trouble but followed that up with 5 birdies in a row before letting it slip again with the tricky pins, fast greens and windy condition. Four putt and 3 putt threw me to far over par later in the round. Enjoyed the track 1st time playing it.

I am now working back casually at Manly Golf Club during the period there are no events on.

Next event is Muree Pro-Am 12th October
Followed by Magenta Shores Pro-Am 13-14th October
