Kew Country Club Pro-Am
After the Kew Country Club Pro-Am I have shot a score of 73 (+3) to come T22nd. I have never played Kew before. The weather was amazing and it was a great wonder around the course.
Starting on the 15th I made 2 pars before bogeying the 17th hitting a tree with Pw from a clear shot. Bounce back birdie at the next. Making 2 pars in a row I teed up on the par 3 3rd and hit a shot that caught the left bunker and finished on the down slope. Hitting an incredible bunker shot to 2m a 3 putt caused a double. I did have a go at the 1st putt which left double the length coming back.
Another bogey came at the 5th after missing the fairway but bounced back with a birdie at the next. Unfortunately another double showed on the cards after a four putt on the 8th.
Hitting the green at the next 2 holes I made pars before making bogey at the par 5 11th. Came home strong though making birdie, birdie and par finish. Off to Port Macquarie now for the 2 day event starting on Tuesday.
