Castle Hill Pro Am Round 2
After the 2nd round of the Castle Hill Pro Am I have shot a score of 71 (+3) to be 5 over total finishing T20th hitting 13 greens 33 putts.
Another great day for golf. It turned out to be hot and humid for most of the day. Over the two days I felt good over the Putter even though my putting stats were high for these last 2 rounds. I found the greens hard to read up close and tough to judge the speed from a distance to set up an easy 2nd putt a times. Tried hard to stay patient and wait for a swing in my favor with all the greens I hit but it just wasn’t my event.
No reason to go through this round but I had an enjoyable day with my playing partners. Reay, Anthony and Terry who won the teams event. We paired well when others in the team were not going all that great. To David Northey and his team, not forgetting the Castle Hill Golf Club staff thanks again for a wonderful event so close to home. Next event is the Asquith Pro Am starting on the 18th of October.
