2nd Round Clearwater Bay Open – PGA Tour China

After the 2nd round of the Clearwater Bay Open, PGA Tour China I have shot a score of 69 (-1) to be a total of +10 missing the cut.

Teeing off on the 1st hole I hit the tee shot to 9ft under the hole rolling the birdie chance by making a par. Smoked a drive down 2 to hit 3 iron on under regulation making a 2 putt birdie. Paring holes 3 and 4, I hit the fairway at the par 5 5th before hitting a 5 iron into the green-side bunker where I made 5 not making up and down.

Hit it to 9ft at 6 the par 3 not making the birdie. Faced with the drive-able par 4 7th the ball ended up in the trees where I pitched it to 5ft under the hole missing the putt for birdie. At 8 the approach from the fairway went to 12ft making the birdie putt before finishing with a par at 9.

Close approach at 10 from the fairway another birdie went begging. Missed green at 11 not making up and down equaling a bogey. 12, 13 & 14 were long range birdie chances making pars. 15 I hit my best drive of the event and had 8 iron into a par 5 making a 2 putt birdie. Long range chance at 16 while at 17 I making a long range chance for birdie before doubling the last par 5 to end the day with an error off the tee. No 3 putts today! 👌🏼still 33 puts though.
